Upon submitting your booking, we will provide instant confirmation and helpful arrival information so you can relax and enjoy every moment at the table.
You will see on-screen confirmation, followed by an email summarising your preferred date, time, guest count, and any specific offline poker or dining notes. Our team will then finalise your reservation and share any clarifications if needed.
The Grand Felt embraces a smart relaxed aesthetic. Neat, elevated casualwear is welcome; activewear and thongs are best kept for the beach. Please arrive 15–20 minutes before your tournament start time so chip stacks, seating, and blind structure briefings can be comfortably completed.
New to offline poker or Texas Hold'em tournaments? Let us know in your enquiry. Our dealers can guide you through chip values, blind progressions, and turn order, and we can seat you at more social, slower-paced tables until you are comfortable.
